Take a step into the world of a Classical Europe. Embrace the golden details that will provide you with a lavish ambiance. Prepare for the stunning night that you will remember!

2. Registration

Registration will start at 5:00PM, to be handled by the Xyris parent representatives to keep track of the attendance. Please make sure you are prompt as the actual event will start at 7:00PM.

 

3. Photobooth lines!

Everybody wants to have a memento of the special night. Capture the moment at the photobooth, but make sure you wait patiently for your turn!

 

4. Kodak moments

Other than the photobooth, official photographers will be roaming around the venue. You will also get your photos taken (solo and couple shots) so come on time!

 

5. A scrumptious meal!

Dinner will be served in separate courses so make way for each one! Taste the deliciousness cooked by the Edsa Shangri-La kitchen staff and expect to have your stomachs filled with nothing but satisfaction.

 

6. A certain cutlery layout

For those who are unfamiliar with the set-up of the dining area, take a look at our visual guide. Make sure not to get carried away and mix your soup bowls and glasses with somebody else's! 7. Energetic hosts

Get ready to meet the hosts that will engage you to the program prepared for your eyes only! They will get the ball rolling and assure that the night will go on smoothly.

 

8. House rules

Just like in any other event, there are a couple of house rules that you must follow in order to keep the mood light and fun. Pay attention to the hosts as they will recite these rules!

 

9. Exciting games!

Participate in games that will surely entertain the whole room. Just because it's prom doesn't mean you have stay on your seat quietly and watch on. Get on your feet and enjoy yourself!

 

10. Amazing prizes!

You are in for a speical treat because game participants will be rewarded with special prizes from our sponsors. You will get to take home something more than pictures from the photobooth!

 

11. Wonderful performances

The night would not be complete without performances to keep the audience alive. You wouldn't want to miss out on a variety of talented people on prom night!

 

12. See your batchmates all dolled up

It's not everyday that you get to see your batchmates in gowns with fancy hair and make-up. Anticipate that you will definitely see many people bloom that night, including yourself!

 

13. A touch-up booth by INGLOT Cosmetics!

Bring your INGLOT products (eyeshadow, eyeliner, lipstick, etc.) and friendly staff would gladly be willing to retouch your make up so that they will last throughout the night. They will be providing the make-up essentials too, so don't worry!

 

14. Aching feet

This will happen inevitably, especially if you are wearing high heels. Pack a pair of comfortable flats in case you want to change into them in the middle of the night. There's also nothing wrong with not opting for heels because comfort is the key to ensuring a distraction-free evening.

 

15. Unexpected things will happen!

Many surprises await you during Bella Serata so just see what's in store for you yourself.

 

16. Awards

Distinguished individuals will steal the night and garner titles such as Prom Queen, Prom Princess, and other unique awards in between. But despite those awards, everybody will feel like a prince/princess during prom.

 

17. Slow dance

18. A DJ to mix some fresh tracks

Get ready to dance the rest of the night away with great music that will make you move your body!

 

19. Time will go by quickly!

Make the most out of the 5 hours you will spend with your date during prom! Make sure you won't have any regrets afterwards and don't forget to thank your date at the end of the night.

 

20. A big smile on your face

When the occasion comes to a close, you will surely look back at the day's events and smile, thinking that "Bella Serata truly is the night of nights."
